registered devices

Hello,

 

I have just started using sky go again in the last month, 

 

I have logged in on two devices, a ipad and a windows pc. Everything was working fine.

 

I have gone to log in on my pc today and it says Sorry you have registered two devices this month.

 

When I check my registered devices it shows a iOS device and a PC.

 

I havent logged on using another pc and have not changed the pc I logged in with originally.
