Thanks  the only thing done was a PC taken off,  Just come off the phone to Sky and there say They can't access the account due to a change that is happing overnight on my account and can i call back tomorrow  and looking on the sky go manage Devices web site  it does not show me having anything registered so think my issue is not the same as
