Ps4 error codes [4002] (1414)

I can't seem to watch the sky sports channels for more than 30 mins without these errors relating to streaming connections .. I have deleted and re installed and that hasn't worked.

All the other threads on this topic haven't really yielded a fix. Can anyone help?
