Hi I was using Sky Go successfully on my Windows 10 laptop until it updated itself when I started it yesterday. Since then I have uninstalled then reinstalled the Sky Go App and every time I try to watch live TV channels for which I have subscribed and can watch on my TV I get the following displayed:
"For Your Information"
"You need the relevant Sky TV subscription to watch this show."
Code: 1410.
I reported the fault to someone in Sky's Technical team. He verified that I am subscribed to watch the channels that were blocked but could not solve the problem. He told me that he would refer the matter to an expert who would call me back. That was more than 30 hours ago and no-one has contacted me.
Does anyone else have this problem?
