My screen was turning to black every 10 minutes now instead of turning to black a message comes up on the screen. Something around the lines of "Unable to play video playback. Please try again." PLEASE HELP. My Sky Go app on my Playdtation 4 has not worked for 13 days now.

I must stress that the test build represents a possible improvement in the situation and is not a fix yet.
If you are having troubles with logging in or similar this test build will not help with that. We're specifically talking about the black screen appearing at regular intervals.
So if you're getting that black screen, say every 10 or 20 mins exactly, we'd like to hear from you.
