Re: Sky Go and F1 Catchup

Hello,

SKY - Do you read these pages? Can you comment and advise your customers on this matter please?

We pay for Sports or F1 subscriptions - we pay for SkyGO - Everywhere you look on the net it states that you can watch F1 weekends on Sky Go - Yet all you can do is record it to you box - which you clearly are not infront of!? Why is this? Where is the option to catch up?

I was on a 3hour train journey when the Australian GP was on - Perfect for killing time on the tracks! But NO - So I contacted sky - NO JOKE - It took three days for them to come back with nothing!! Not a single piece of help or actual advise. By this time the only thing that I had found was on the SKY SPORTS APP,  there is a section called RACE CONTROL (only visible when live on track though I think), I told this to the sky representative (after 3 days of conversations!) and I was told "oh yeah, try that."  Pathetic really!!

But, that only works if you want to watch it live, at the time of the race! What if my journey starts half way through the race - Is it really impossible for me to start watching the race whilst its half way through?

SKY - You’re not cheap, you need to give customers what they pay for - I pay to watch sky sports and I pay to watch my packages live and on the go / catch-up.

I would like to know please, why F1 live races / qualifying, are not viewable on the SKY GO app? Can they be?

I would like to know a way of watching the race, but after it has started - say 30mins late - How do I go about that please?

I would like to know if the races are loaded to SKY GO at all, and how long after the race do we have to wait?

In short, what options do your customers have to watch F1 when not at home? (whilst the race is still on and afterwards)

Thank You

Dom
