So raising a complaint was time consuming, I was offered technical support which I declined as we already know this is a coding issue and troubleshooting is pointless from the end user perspective.
I was at least looking for a refund for this month's Sky Go Extra which in the end I had to ask for as no offer of compensation in any way shape or form was offered.
If this issue isn't resolved next month I will ask for a refund for that month as well.
I was informed of a way to get Sky Go Extra for free via the VIP package which I shall look into but if it involves me paying Sky any more money I won't be signing up.
