  I am still also getting this issue with On demand programmes. Program will go to ad break, that will finish and program is unable to start again. Resolution is force quit app, reopen, restart program and scroll to same time. It sometimes rarely decides when it wants to ‘resume’ from the same point. 

Please ‘tweak’ this also!
