Completely Erase Sky Go, as previous user of laptop had Sky Go too...!Reinstalling doesnt work)

I am trying to set up my Sky Go on my windows 10 laptop.

The previous user of my laptop had Sky Go previously, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it.

I can access my Sky account ok, so I know my Userid, password and everything is OK.

and Sky Go installs OK ......BUT.....

when I run it, it still wants to show me the previous users Sky details, i.e. their subscription which was less channels and of course, I would add my computer as a device to their account if I went onto to watch anything.

How do I completely erase the previous users sky history/set up etc so I can start completely fresh ?
