Device: Windows 10 with IE 11
Issue: I was able to watch all content on this device until last week, then from one day to the next I was unable to watch anything after a mac device was registered.
I sign in, choose any show, when I click watch then I am presented with a sign in or sign up page and have been signed out. The mac was able to watch shows but this is not my personal device. After unregestering the mac nothing has changed. I upgraded to sky go extra, this now allows me to download shows on my device but I still cannot watch anything. I have tried to register multiple devices, all allow me to sign in, select a show, select watch and then again I am presented with the sign in or sign up page. This is infuriating. After calling the sky helpline, no solution could be given other than the usual sign out, sign in, which browser are you using etc. I have tried all these thing to no avail.
Any ideas?
