Try a full uninstall of both the app and the hidden folders as perthese instructions. You can ignore the date and time bit and the Cisco folder might not be there anymore at it now built into the app. After doing this do a search on your laptop for anything Sky Go or Cisco related and if anything is found delete these as well before rebooting the laptop and installing the app again via the Sky website.
