If you are running Windows 10 give this a try:
Have you tried the solution for the windows 10 issue and that is to make sure that your date settings are correct as per this:
1. Open up your clock down in the right hand corner.
2. Click 'Change date and time'
3. Click 'Change calendar settings'
4. Under the 'Date' tab, make sure your date formats are the same, ie. dd-MMM-yy
for short, dddd-MMMM-dd-yyyy for long. Also make sure the language is set to UK (English).
If that doesn't work try these:
Short Date - dd/MM/yyyy
Long Date - dd MMMM/yyyy
