elementary and error 1001

I have been trying to watch elementary in sky boxsets on my xbox.

It keeps failing during the adverts and i get error code 1001 and have to go back to beginning. On some occasions it won't load properly and i get sound only.

Any ideas why i am having so much trouble with this program.
