No further update.

Apparently as I have a route of contact through Dxxxx - the Exec Team are leaving me with her. Shame they didn't communicate that!

 

Phoned again therefore by Dxxxx today. Still no update. Feel I'm being fobbed off - D has had no update from the Tech Dept.

Further call Monday 23 Sept.

I have pointed out that this Tech thread has been read over 1500 times since 25 August so assume there are a few people with the same issue. Think I read somewhere that someone had the same issue as far back as March?

So people - what devices are affected - I know so far Ipad Mini 2, Ipad mini 5, Ipad, Iphone 7, Android, Xbox  and when did you first get the problem - any more info gratefully received?

 

I am only one person but have now threatened to cancel Sky as communication from the Tech Team is the worst I have ever come across in 50 years  - in fact they don't communicate.

Wake up Sky - get it sorted.
