Received call as promised from Dxxxx.
Executive Support Team have now taken my complaint 'back' again rather than just leaving Dxxxx to have to keep telling me - that there was 'no news' and that the tech team hadn't got back to her yet.
In this case 'no news' is not signalling 'good news'.
Skygo has now been 'down' with this 'technical issue' for 32 days from my perspective with no glimmer of it being sorted.
So much for that Skygo update - assuming that's the problem - the devices affected so far that I have picked up on include:-
Mini ipad 2
Mini ipad 5
Ipad 3
Iphone 7
Android
Xbox
and now from a different post - a new
Iphone 8
