have watched skysports on laptop on mozilla for years until last friday I couldnt login the same as usual due to a message about cookies over the sky screen on the page, I could not get past it.
then we got over that and now on thursday I couldnt watch my rugby match.
have tried cleaning silverlight, re-installing, get the 'error has occurred' message.
so i downloaded sky go yesterday and 'unable to log in, authentication provider is not reachable'. My cousin tried to log on on my laptop with her id and we get same unable to log in message.
my log in works on mozilla on 2 other laptops Ive tried theyre win 7, mine is vista
