Hello Everyone
I have an Ipad 2 which I have used many times before to watch the SKY GO app. However these past few times when I open the app and select a program, for instance channel 4, I click on 'Watch' and get a message that says "You will need to be a Sky TV customer with the relevant subscription to watch this programme" (which I am) I click OK.....nothing happens...I wait..still nothing. So I click on the spanner in the top left corner to check settings. SKY ID 
igned In. so no problem there. I then went to Manage Devices, removed my late partners details, as the menu said to register new devices just watch a program, I hoped this had cleared the problem, chose a program and nothing, back to the original message. so I went to Settings o the ipad thinking I can check the SKY GO app in there, but it doesn't appear in there with all the other apps. I have even tried removing SKY GO and reloading it from the app store. All software is up to date on the ipad.
Now I am stumped, have not idea what to do, even tried the sky website but at the point where you reach "still stuck contact us" error 404 page missing came up...classic sky customer service!! Can anyone help me.
