It is a calendar month so it will automatically reset on 1st April. It is to late now but if you are ever having problems with Sky Go you should never delete the registration of the device unless asked to do by Sky because as you have found out, doing this will not solve anything.
What is actually happening as I'm not sure what is occuring, all I can suggest is to try either of these:
Open Safari > click on Safari menu > Preferences > Security > Internet plug-in's: Plug-in Settings > Allow Microsoft Silverlight plug in
Launch Safari > Click Safari in the top menu, then Preferences > Click Security and put a tick next to Allow Plug-ins > Click Manage website settings, make sure Allow is set for Silverlight and click Done > Click Advanced then remove the tick from Stop plug-ins to save power.
