Can anyone help? I do not believe this is a Sky issue but am having a bit of a nightmare. I have a little OCD and like to do clean installs on my MacBook. Typically, I can download OS X in around 10 mins using my stable Sky connection of 78MB.
This week, dowloading the software can take anything up to 3hrs. I have switched between a dynamic and static IP as initially this seemed to be the cause. My hub is up high and has few devices connected, and no other devices nearby to interfere. My Sky connection is always reliable and constant.
Would anyone know why Apple updates are suddenly taking so long and is anyone else having this problem? I have tried the download at all times of the day and night so am confident it's not a fault Sky's end.
