Tried reinstalling and hard reset the console.
I rang sky and I rang Xbox as the was no fix, however both of them had no fix.
The first sky assistant I had on the phone said it wasn't on Xbox One, only 360. So I rang Xbox and they said the same. Rang back Sky and the sky assistant this time said it is on Xbox one because he has it!
