Hopefully someone will be able to help. I've tried to use Sky Go with Firefox and IE and it's not playng anything. Live things just go to a blank black screen and nothing happens and for catch up nothing happens when you press watch, the screen just stays the same and the watch button is still there. IT worked up until recently. I have uninstalled silverlight and used the fixit tool to no avail a few times. I'm using the latest Firefox, i think its 45. Sky Go worked up until recently.
The device isn't registered but there is a space for it to be registered. The device has previously been registered and worked. I can't register it without actually watching something.
Has anyone got any ideas?
