So I have SkyGo Extra and my account seems to have been hacked on 13/09/15.
The password had been changed - neither by myself nor any of the other users of registered devices - so I reset my password through email and logged on. I found that all the devices that were previously registered had been removed and replaced by a single iPhone. I removed this iPhone that had been added and tried to re-register the devices, only to find that the limit for making one change per month had been reached...
So, I rang Sky to inform them of my hacked account and the fact that we need to put all four of the devices back on as registered devices. I received no help whatsoever - all I was told was to change the password (already had done) and that I would have to register the devices again. I said that it is going to take 4 months to do so, but still no help and told there was nothing he could do.
So, I'm posting on here as a plea to allow me re-register the 4 devices as the limit was reached due to my account being hacked and whoever hacked it removing all my devices and adding their own. Surely there must be some logic here and a way of overriding this device limit due to the hack.
