Good News

I've just gotten off the phone with a helpful chap called Phil at Sky. He advised me that Sky are aware of the issue. Approximately 5000 people have reported this issue and within 2-4 weeks the code that they are testing now will be implemented into an update.

 

At that time, we will need to delete the app and reinstall it (this may simply mean updating rather than deleting) but then it should be resolved.

 

I was expecting to get an clueless answer, but that was quite helpful.
