I have Sky Go Extra. I have authorised 2 others in my household to watch on the Sky Go Extra app. Any two of us can watch. But when the third person joins, he/ she gets an error warning 'You have reached the maximum number of people in your household who can watch content online at the same time'.
I have had many phone calls with Sky and am told up to 4 can watch at the same time. No one seems to have any suggestions as to why the limit for me is 2.
Sky has repeatedly taken full details and promised to call back. No calls back have been made.
This problem was occurring with the old app. It's the same with the new app.
Any suggestions please?
