SKYGO not working anymore with VPN

Since couple of weeks I have problems with SKYGO when used with vpn. 

I use skygo abroad and if vpn is off it obviously doesn't work because I am not in the right country but as soon as I switch it on and try to load the page

I get this:

It works!

This is the default web page for this server.

The web server software is running but no content has been added, yet.

If I try to load the page 

http://skygo.sky.it/index.shtml (or other pages with something after /)

I get this:

Not Found

The requested URL /index.shtml was not found on this server.

Apache/2.2.22 (Debian) Server at skygo.sky.it Port 80

or 

it partially and slowly loads the page but video doesn't start.

ANY IDEA??
