 I have no Vodafone account. I bought through the android playstore and my monthly payment receipt was always from Google. That's why using a Sky login (as prompted when I select "restore playstore subscription") doesn't recognise an account as far as I can see. Android users can seem to "fall between the cracks" between Sky and the Playstore with neither working satisfactorily. Rubbish really. Hence my departure from the app.
