When I'm trying to watch sky on go on my mobile phone I keep getting the following message saying external display output is blocked, but I am only trying to watch it on my phone.
I am aware you can't cast sky Go or mirror which has been the case since I got sky Go, but it no longer works on my phone either which was fine before.
I recently subscribed to Netflix and downloaded Google home so when I'm away with work I can take my Chromecast and watch Netflix at the hotel, but since then, sky Go has stopped. I can't seem to get it to work now and can't figure out of it is the Google home app that has caused the issue which would be very unusual as I would think a number of people would have the app.
Has anyone else come across this issue and how did you fix it?
