Same problem for me, this is an ongoing problem with the app I think. I cancelled for a month, re-signed up with a new account and had the same problem. Emailed over a week ago but had nothing except the automated response. I've not been able to log in once since I subscribed, so basically paid for something that's broken. It's without question the buggiest app I've ever used, and the support is terrible. Shan't fall for it again.
