Hi , a few days ago I was watching SkyGO using IE11 on my laptop and a Kernal error occured. I performed a system check and ever since then, the SkyGo website shows only a white screen with the wording of the cookie message and a couple of tiny boxes with crosses in them. If I go to "File" and "View in immersive browser" I can see the SkyGo website but it says that I need to install/update Silverlight. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Silverlight and also turned IE off and then back on in the control panel (nearest I could get to reinstalling IE11). Please can anyone give me any other advice - in layman's terms? TIA.
