  I can only imagine how frustrating it this situation must be however we cannot access your account through the forum so nobody here would be able to look at helping unfortunately. You could always try to call and speak to an advisor however I must say as the block is an automatic thing I don't know how possible it is that we would be able to do anything about it.

Is there the possibility of asking a friend or relative who is in the UK to log in with your details? I believe this should refresh the time limit.
