I am tyring to help a neighbour with a stage error on the Skygo app. He has been using SkyGo just fine up to now. Now he is presented with an access denied error when ever he tries to use it. It seems to indicate an issue server side, or a device authentication problem, but that is a little beyond my expertise
The app will open just fine, but when ever a link or video is used, Including the log-in link, this error pops up.
I have tried:
The standard power cycling of the Ipad, and the router
Ipad has no outstanding updates
deleting the app and reinstalling from the app store
Tested the app on his Iphone (On the same Wifi), works just fine
Check his account and all seems to be up to date, and the subscription is ok
does anyone have any thoughts?
