The honest truth is no I've got no idea and it's the same with the Sky Cinema app it's giving the same issue.
Sadly I've now hit a brick wall with both the Sky teams who are adamant that their app's are not at fault as it is doing what it's coded for and so the fault is our devices, the several different makes and models, and we need to contact their support to sort it out
I've asked them to contact the Sky Go team who have fixed this issue and I even offered to tell them where to look to sort this out but yet again not had a reply back from them.
TBH I think we have to come to it that there will not be a fix for these issues from Sky
