So this has been going on for years. I've given up watching anything on Sky Go now but I've started a new series which I can only get on Sky so I've had to go back to the app. Basically, if the iPad isn't connected to the Sky Q box then it won't accept that I'm entering the correct PIN. Lets say my PIN is 1234, if I'm sat in my kitchen so it's found my Sky Q then it's not a problem, enter 1234 and it starts the programme. If I take my iPad to work so it's no where near my Sky Q box, I enter 1234 and it says it's the wrong PIN. I've tried deleting the app, redownloading, restarting the iPad etc but no to avaiil. Tried to speak to Sky about it but they were beyond useless and just shrugged. Anyone else can help??
