I downloaded several films and programs to my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 to watch while I was on holiday in Portugal. I started watching one of the films on the aircraft and allbwas well, however, I did not have time to finish before the flight was over.
I expected to be able to continue with the film at our hotel, where there is free WiFi, but the remainder of the film woukd not play the following day and ALl my downloaded programs dissappered from my Note 10.1, without any error messages. I searched the device, but there was nothing at all left. I KNOW I did not delete these programs deliberately, so has anyone any clues?
Additionally, I was not able to downloaf any fresh programmes until my return to the UK. I guess this is to do with license issues, but confirmation would be appreciated.
