On Sunday the BBC live stream of the F1 race ran more or less in time with the TV, while SkyGo fell further and further behind
Sky phoned and did some trouble shooting and phone line checks but have not found a solution to why Sky Go buffers to the degree it does. They would like me to believe that it is the amount of data being accessed through the Internet. but if that is the reason why then does the BBC stream work without buffering while Sky Go does buffer? I had BBC streaming F1 on one computer and SkyGo streaming Sky F1 on a second computer at the same time. If demand for data on the internet was to great then both streams should be affected - at least that is my logic
Waiting now for a Sky Tech to phone
