Go won't connect

Have to say this app is pretty useless and has been driving me crazy from the day of it's release. It has kind of been working, although it's slow and keeps skipping and pixilating as well as losing sync and stealing the bandwidth of whole computer, but that aside now it has decided not to load at all. I have read through other posts here with the same problem and followed the advice to uninstall the app along with all the assoiated appdata files including the cisco folder, shutdown device and reinstalled app 6 times now but none of this has worked. All I get is 10 mins of loading then "we are having trouble connecting (001)". Wish Sky would swallow their pride and revert to the browser version, worked perfectly, this app however is trash.
