unable to access downloaded movies offline

What's the point of having Sky Go Extra when it refuses to let me view movies I have downloaded half of the time.

I currently have 2 I want to watch, on my Hudl2 tablet, but when I go to downloads all I get is a couple of screens trying to sell me the SGE service.

I had this issue a while back and only got round it be removing the app & reinstalling, which deleted my downloads.

This is not an option this time as I have no wifi in the hospital I'm currently in.
