I subsequently discovered that this error code relates to Virgin Media customers who subscribe to Sky Sports. I am NOT one of them and have had a Sky package (including Sky Sports) for over 2 years.
I have tried all the suggested "fixes" but still can't access Sky Sports. However, I did see there were quite a number of cases earlier this year where many people had similar problems and all used Windows 10. From what I recollect Sky technical Department back in April stated they would be providing a fix. That doesn't seem to have happened?
Any ideas, advice welcome, please
