Sky only support Windows 10& 11 for Sky Go so it's not surprising that Windows 7 is having issue
Be aware that changes in the Sky Go backend may stop older versions working even if you do find a way of installing them
Sky Go is flaky on supported systems so unsupported will be even worse 😞
