i've purchased a brand new macbook a day ago. sky crashed within 10mins of using it. This is after sky have told me for years that the problem is with my previous mac, a 2010 macbook pro that also used to constantly crash. this service does not work smoothly. you'll spend more time restarting your machine than actually watching any content. just look at the way sky deal with the problem. they have forums rather than actually speaking to someone at sky as this is a problem they have not managed to fix for the past 5 years and they will never put the correct amount of resources into fixing it. fact.
