There are no plans I am aware of that Sky Go will be broadcasting 4k content in Sky Go anytime soon.
Being as many use it when away from their home broadband and using a 4g/5g mobile connection, broadcasting in 4k would be quite a challenge and probably not possibly at all with the 4g and 5g network when mobile.
