Sky go states "to enjoy this service please upgrade your subscription for sports when i have sports

I've been a sky customer for years , but suddenly Sky go states "to enjoy this service please upgrade your subscription for sports channels when I have sports and multiscreen and have used this service on this phone before. I have tried logging out of the app and logging back in and it's still not working.
