TV from Sky on PS4 Error Code: 4001

Hi, I recently got a PS4 and downloaded the Sky Go app. Everytime I open the app I am greeted with this message:

We are having problems  contacting Sky. Please try again later. Hold the PS button to quit the app.

Code: 4001

App data loading error.

It has been like this since I got the PS4 and I have tried all the obvious fixs but nothing has worked.

Any advice?
