Hey, I have the same error on my Sky Go App - I think it happened after I upgraded my iPhone software.
I've tried re-installing it, removing devices and managing devices under settings on the app but I get that silly message 'Oops there's been an error.'
I can't watch shows on the App or download them.
I've called Sky customer services but they didn't know how to fix it.
Its been a few weeks since I reported it
Any advice on how to fix it?
