Using SkyGo to set recordings on SkyQ whilst away

Hi,  I  have returned from New Zealand.

Whilst away I set a number of recordings, via skyGo.

I returned to find none of these had recorded.

I assume they should have, but if anyone has any ideas why they failed to record I would be grateful.
