I wrote an email to the Sky Chief Exec, Jeremy Darroch. Whilst I didn't expect a personal response from Jeremy himself, large organisations often have an Exec complaints team to respond to such matters. The response I got was apologetic, yet naive. They claimed that the problem was due to the Apple operating system 'not supporting their service as yet'. As an IT professional I couldn't let that go, so I pointed out that global hardware providers do not change / alter / update their operating systems to accommodate applications, it's the other way around. The ball is in Sky's court !
