It's not probably why he can view Sky News, it is why.  Smiley Happy

Ron90 - you've done the monitor check, so go through this checklist and let us know the answers so we can help you better (apologies if anything has been asked before, I haven't looked):

1 - What edition of Windows 10 are you running (type System into Cortana box, choose "System - Control Panel").  If it says N or KN on the end then you need to install the Windows 10 Media Feature Pack as rscott says, download here:  https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=48231

2 - In Device Manager, there are no devices disabled (I know your monitors are enabled, but is everything else ok)

3 - Right click anywhere on the Desktop and choose Display Settings.  Do you have multiple displays here or is it just the one display?  If you have more than one, what does it says in the drop down box "Multiple Displays".  From here

4 - You have uninstalled Microsoft Silverlight and installed the latest version as an Administrator (right-click download, Run As Administrator)

5 - All latest Windows Updates are installed

6 - Latest drivers for your graphics card are installed (you may need to visit manufacturers website to get these, right-clicking the card in Device Manager and choose Update Drivers isn't the correct way to do this)

If you can get the make and model of your graphics card I can point you to the latest driver, if you don't feel comfortable that you have found the latest one yourself.
