Hi folks, I'm really sorry as this is probably the millionth message about SkyGo issues. I promise I have looked at the other threads but I'm at my wits end as I can't seem to resolve my issue.
It's the same as what others have been reporting but I'll describe my situation.
I was running Catalina on my Macbook Pro and my SkyGo app was working fine. Then it stopped working - jus wouldn't open from the app any longer - bounced in the dock and then disappeared. I assumed this was due to Sky no longer supporting Catalina (that's what I read anyway). So I upgraded to Sequoia (fresh HD install as I wanted to clean up my HD anyway) and that was fine. Today I tried to install SkyGo again (downloaded the installer from Sky website) and the app loads fine but once again when I try to open it then it just bounces in the dock again and disappers - nothing opens.
Can someone please help as I have spent ages trying to sort this issue out.
