The reason Chrome does not work is because Google have removed the support for Silverlight. You should be able to use Internet Explorer, so I'm not sure why you are getting that error message.

When using Firefox you need to make sure the silverlight plugin is activated, you can do this via Tools > Addons, make sure silverlight is set to "always activate".

I use SkyGo quite extensively. Dowloaded few movies and checked they were there before departing for Singapore. On arrival at hotel, checked and there is absolutely nothing. Aaaagh, so furious!!!

No way to recover the downloads. You should have had a pop up warning in the old version of the app a few days before the update.

Only way you can get the downloads back is to re-download them unfortunately, there's no way or reverting back to the previous sky go app version, sorryRegards,Robbie
