This is usually based on your IP address. Might be a long shot but have you tried resetting your router? Unplug for a couple of minutes and It might grab a new IP.

Is your language set to UK (english) as apposted to American ? As you are using Windows 10 try going to Device manager > monitors > generic PnP monitor and then click enable device.
